No internal changes were made to the layout but the property did under go a radical modernisation on the inside.
With new carpet, tiles, kitchen and bathrooms being installed.
A two storey re-clad on a shared driveway on a cross lease site required cooperation with the neighbours .
This project was a complex reclad it had internal decks, flat roofs, and no eaves it required almost 100% of the exterior timber framing to be replaced.
This home under went a full exterior re-clad with no major changes to any roof lines or internal layout, it was a relatively straightforward reclad
